The Front Desk is the primary point of contact for guests and is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience.

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, who are able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Accurately rate rooms and adjust the room rack as needed.
  • Run alert date reports and review out-of-order rooms on a daily basis.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests.
  • Offer bell assistance to guests upon departure and run applicable reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.
Work Environment

The casino environment can be hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. You will be required to communicate effectively with guests in English and lift up to 50 pounds.
