Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our medical team in Canberra. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including family medicine, skin checks, and chronic disease management
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Vocational Registration (VR) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- FRACGP or FACRRM or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
