**HR Leader Role**

This role is perfect for a skilled HR professional who can lead staff in prayer and devotionals, exercise spiritual discernment in recruitment and performance management, and ensure that HR systems and policies actively advance the Christian mission of evangelism and discipleship.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR leader to join our team. As an HR leader, you will be responsible for supporting job role documentation, performance reviews, and local benefits administration. You will also oversee onboarding, probation, appraisal, and offboarding processes, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and processing via the HRIS system.
  • Support time-off and absence management.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the system.

You will also play a key role in embedding the global HR Operating Model and leveraging the HRIS system to deliver streamlined, compliant, and mission-aligned HR support under the leadership of the Head of HR.

This position requires strong knowledge of local employment law and HR compliance practices, as well as practical experience using HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.

A Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for this role is to be filled by a practising Christian in full agreement with the organisation's Statement of Faith, actively involved in a local church or Christian community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail Professional HR qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent regional accreditation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or operational role, preferably in a multi-site or international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR compliance practices.
  • Practical experience using HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in digital tools, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
