Business Manager

Nowra Christian School is a K-12 School of more than 570 students located on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. The school is a ministry of Nowra Baptist Church and a member of Christian Schools Australia.
The Business Manager at Nowra Christian School has an integral role in the Senior Leadership of the school, working closely with the Board, Principal and School Executive Team, the Business Manager will be responsible for leading the financial management, corporate services and ongoing development of the School.

The successful applicant will be a passionate Christian leader who seeks to use their skills, experience and qualifications in a key leadership role in a growing and dynamic setting.

Key requirements for the position include:

• Suitable qualifications and experience (CA/CPA preferred)

• Strong Commercial, Financial Management and HR Skills

• Agreement with the School's Statement of Doctrines and Beliefs

• Advanced interpersonal communication skills

• Active involvement in a local church

• Previous schools experience desirable, but not essential
