Revenue and Reservations Manager

We are seeking a talented Revenue and Reservations Manager to join our leadership team in Perth. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will play a pivotal role in preparing for the launch of our new property.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute revenue management strategies to achieve financial goals, manage our revenue system, analyse market trends, and collaborate with hotel leadership teams to establish revenue targets.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective revenue management practices, ensuring that our property remains competitive in the market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Revenue Management Strategies: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to achieve financial goals, including rate setting, inventory management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Manage Hotel Revenue System: Manage the hotel's revenue system, including IDEAS (RMS), to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Hotel Leadership Teams: Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to establish revenue targets, set pricing strategies, and develop marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and Evaluate KPIs: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 4-5 years of experience in revenue management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of systems and hotel operations, with experience using Opera Cloud and IDeaS G3 RMS.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with others, and excellent communication skills.
