We are a global financial services group operating in 34 markets and with 55 years of unbroken profitability. Our team is a full lifecycle team building and maintaining automation tooling and creating industry-leading distributed Kubernetes-based platforms.

We pride ourselves on building automated, extensible, and secure cloud capabilities underpinning our Digital Bank. You will have the opportunity to use innovative approaches to automation which include extensive use of Hashicorp Vault, Kubernetes Operators, ArgoCD, In-house written Go Operators and GCP and AWS Cloud Platforms.

As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the development, maintenance, and support of our existing secrets management platform. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving our secrets management solutions, assisting our engineers with the integration of these solutions, and streamlining the feedback loop from customers to our engineering team for continuous product improvement.

About the Role
  • You should have experience working with cloud technologies such as GCP or AWS.
  • A proven ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in Kubernetes environments is essential.
  • Excellent Linux administration skills are required.
  • Proven experience in at least one scripting language (we mainly use Go) is necessary.
  • Experience with secrets management platforms or technology (example: Hashicorp Vault) is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting engineering platforms is also beneficial.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
