We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Platform Architect to join our team, driving innovation and excellence in cloud engineering. About the Role:

  • Lead the design and operation of high-quality, scalable, and performant cloud platforms using Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership to a small squad of platform engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skills development.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Product Managers, Operations, and Support, to deliver seamless integration and aligned goals.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in platform engineering, with recent experience leading agile teams and individuals.
  • Strong background in delivering functional/non-functional technical solutions and building solid relationships.
  • Excellent experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related technologies.
  • Exposure to database technologies, particularly document-based systems (MongoDB), Azure DevOps & GitHub, cloud monitoring tools, and data engineering patterns.
