Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns across digital products, create reusable component definitions that support diverse use cases.
  • Identify inconsistencies in existing component usage and design, and deviations from the existing design system.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and adoption of a consistent set of components and patterns.
  • Craft component usage guidelines, enforce processes to guide the appropriate usage and upkeep of the design system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years as a designer with preferably 2+ years maintaining a design system.
  • A portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of product design, craftsmanship, and innovative solutions.
  • Strong UI design skills with proficiency in Figma, excellent methodical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
