Executive Product Designer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to spearhead the development of our products, driving innovation and growth through expert design solutions.

  1. Develop domain expertise across platform products and provide strategic guidance to inform project decisions.
  2. Lead strategic design projects to drive product market fit, collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  3. Mentor and coach designers to foster a culture of growth and excellence within the organization.
  4. Oversee end-to-end user experience designs across multiple platforms, leveraging structural product knowledge to steer the team's designs towards product requirements.
  5. Promote a feedback-driven design culture focused on user outcomes, establishing and evolving our design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality across all products.
