Stock Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Stock Control Specialist to join our team. As the backbone of our gates and fencing production, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are available in the right quantities at the right time.

About the Role
  • Job Description:
  • Manage stock levels, including steel, posts, brackets, gates, and fencing panels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Process orders and track deliveries.
  • Oversee receiving, inspecting, and storing stock safely and neatly.
  • Run stock reports and audits to identify issues before they become problems.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in stock control or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Familiarity with steel, aluminum, and materials used in gates and fencing.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Confidence using inventory or ERP systems (barcode experience is a bonus).
  • Initiative to improve systems and drive efficiency.
  • A hands-on approach and commitment to safety.
