Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual who can drive Test Automation and Performance Testing strategy, engage QA Team members, and coach junior and senior QAs. The successful candidate will have proven experience reducing Regression Cycle time and an understanding of BDD. Experience with API Automation frameworks such as Spec flow, Postman, and Mobile Automation frameworks like Appium, XCUITEST is essential.

The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in modern engineering practices and disciplines, including Agile & Lean delivery principles. A good understanding of web security (OWASP TOP10) and experience in Accessibility Testing are highly desirable.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming fundamentals
  • Demonstrable experience in component, Integration, and system testing
  • Strong Experience in API Automation frameworks
  • Strong MS SQL Server skills
  • Good JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3 knowledge
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation
  • Understanding of cloud computing services (Azure is preferred)

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
