Fundraising Direct Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Direct Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project manage campaigns across appeals, newsletters, emergency direct mail, and mailing with a focus on acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrades.
  • Improve processes, ensure compliance, review editorial standards, report, and contribute to strategy, annual plans, and budgeting.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and collaborate internally with international counterparts and domestic teams.
Key Qualifications
  • Broad understanding of fundraising principles and strong drive to meet targets.
  • Excellent understanding of direct mail fundraising or similar programs.
  • Proven project and account management experience.
  • Experience using data for decision-making and strategy.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
