We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in OmniScript and OmniStudio to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce applications for public sector and enterprise clients. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performing solutions, ensuring smooth integration with various platforms, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Highlights

  • Develop and optimize OmniStudio-based solutions while ensuring scalability and security.
  • Lead integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs for seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions aligned with business goal

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development: Build and enhance OmniStudio-based Salesforce solutions, ensuring functionality and scalibility

OmniScript Expertise: Develop dynamic, interactive OmniScripts that improve user experience and streamline processes.

Integration & Customization: Implement APIs, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and other customizations.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Performance Optimization: Ensure applications run efficiently, adhering to best practices for security, scalability, and user accessibility.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development, specifically OmniScript & OmniStudio.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Data Model Configurations).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, governance, and best practices.
  • Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
