We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at our Riverton Limestone quarry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mine, crushing, milling, and screening operations.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in production management, with experience in leading teams and managing process plant operators to meet production targets. A commitment to working safely and complying with all site safety standards is essential.

This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing effectiveness of our quarry operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead the safe and environmentally compliant production in accordance with production plans and customer specifications.
  2. Directly supervise and lead the processing team, providing effective leadership, career development, succession planning, leave administration, and performance management.
  3. Ensure the safe and effective operation of the mine, crushing, milling, and screening operations.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective relationships within the community.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a QLD Site Senior Executive (SSE) notice or be able to obtain it. Previous industry experience in similar roles, experience with drilling and blasting, mobile heavy equipment operations, crushing and screening, and plant and equipment maintenance is an advantage.

A willingness to give hands-on support through operation of mobile equipment as required is essential. A driver's license and the right to work in Australia are also required.
