We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our QLD Operations team, assisting on a project located in Ferny Grove. This site-based role requires a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a commitment to high work standards, and a focus on safety and sustainability.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving optimal production and cost outcomes through the management of direct staff and subcontractors, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment and adhering to environmental and sustainability requirements.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of five years' experience as a Supervisor with finishes experience on commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver successful projects
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practices
  • Solid communication and management skills
