Senior Property Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Property Administration Manager to join our team in North Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail and commercial property administration experience to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and invoicing of monthly charges to tenants. They will also assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting on the financial, operational, and sustainability positions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting: Prepare and manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Assist in Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on the financial, operational, and sustainability positions.
- Invoicing: Invoices monthly charges to tenants in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a shopping centre or commercial property environment.
- High working knowledge of a shopping management software is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
