Nurse Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our hospital's leadership team, you will be responsible for facilitating a learning culture that drives continuous improvement and ensuring the efficient management of our unit.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA, national police clearance, and working with children check. Sound clinical knowledge with 2+ years cardiac experience is preferred. Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience is desirable.
This is a part-time or full-time opportunity for a leader who wants to make a difference in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, including human, financial, and material resources. The successful candidate will drive quality improvement initiatives and audits, and maintain professional and constructive working relationships with VMO partners.
