Sales Team Leader

This is a challenging opportunity to take on a senior leadership position. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service while leading a team.
Main Responsibilities- Coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about products and services offered, and providing excellent sales service.
- Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
- Acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leaders.
- Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge, current or upcoming trends, and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results through interacting with customers and athletic products.
- Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing retail environment.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
