Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling technicians and contractors on a regular basis.

In this role, you will also provide support to senior project executives on project status reporting, adhere to policies and procedures, update notes and document control for the project, and liaise with project stakeholders regarding task/activity/milestone statues.

You will also be responsible for maintaining, updating and communicating status reporting as required with key stakeholder groups across the organization and project, and liaising with clients, internal staff, trades, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, strong budgeting and finance skills, and excellent organizational skill with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines.

You will also need to have good communication skills, initiative and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work autonomously and part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule technicians and contractors on a regular basis
