Starting a New Career in Hospitality

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a 12-month hospitality traineeship in our Client Services team. This role offers hands-on experience while you complete a nationally recognised qualification in Hospitality, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

This opportunity is ideal for those who want to gain practical skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry. You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of people and develop your communication and teamwork skills.

As part of this traineeship, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome and register guests in Reception and Concierge roles
  • Manage visitor access and support VIP arrivals
  • Prepare meeting spaces and set up rooms for meetings and events
  • Assist with internal events and business meetings, including serving and clearing catering
