About the Role

The Strategic Operations team at SiteMinder is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate/Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-priority strategic projects and analysis across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Analyse business drivers and levers to identify opportunities and solutions
  • Design and implement solutions with a broad lens (people, data, technology, process)
  • Work across multiple projects, including pricing and packaging, profitability analysis, and product resource investment allocation
  • Keep current with competitors and market trends, and integrate an external perspective into SiteMinder's strategy
  • Develop and track leading indicator metrics and benchmarks

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy consulting, finance, or technology startups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
