As a Site Manager, you will oversee the execution of land development and underground utility installation projects.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Perth, where you will be responsible for ensuring that work is done correctly, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring contractual obligations to ensure they are met;
  • Liaising with the Project Management team to provide necessary technical support and information to meet production schedules;
  • Ensuring sub-contractors manage their scope of works according to construction programs;
  • Planning and conducting daily pre-start meetings prior to shift commencement and ensuring all site personnel are involved;
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and completing required site permits to ensure they remain valid and fit for purpose.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction supervision;
  • Demonstrated skills in HSE and Quality control;
  • Strong management skills and ability to build successful teams;
  • Experience in above-ground earthworks and underground utility installation;
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and manage time efficiently;
  • Construction induction card.
