About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our Civil Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across civil assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work on roads and stormwater systems
  • Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Manage traffic control and site safety
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
  • Provide courteous service to residents and road users
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Class C Driver's Licence and White Card (WHS Induction)
  • Experience in civil construction, maintenance, or similar fields
  • Skills in concrete finishing and asphalt laying
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
