Job Title: Customer Support Associate

    We are seeking an individual to serve as the main point of contact between our company and customers. This role involves providing expert advice, delivering equipment, and ensuring that our assets are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with comprehensive guidance on using our equipment safely.
  • Perform equipment pickups and deliveries from customer sites, including loading and unloading tasks.
  • Offer exceptional customer service through all interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Perform cleaning duties and maintenance tasks at branch facilities as needed.
  • Conduct thorough inspections for equipment 'check in' and 'check out' procedures.
About You
  • Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driving, landscaping, trade & maintenance have been successful in this role.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a rotating roster is essential.
  • This position requires physical components including lifting and standing for extended periods, necessitating a moderate level of physical fitness and ability to pass a drug test.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial.
  • Proactivity and a willingness to learn new skills are valuable attributes.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment is beneficial, although training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are highly desirable.
