Support Associate

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Associate.
- As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients in their daily lives. Your tasks will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs and goals;
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks to clients;
- Assisting clients with medication management and administration;
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
- Current First Aid and CPR certification;
- Ability to work a varied roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
