Leadership Role: General Manager Mining Services

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a competitive mining services strategy, driving growth and operational excellence across Australia.

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a competitive mining services strategy with a strong customer value proposition.
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Lead all operational aspects of our mining services nationally – including network efficiency, resource optimisation, and service quality.
  • Market Opportunities:
    • Identify and capitalise on emerging market opportunities and trends in the Australian mining sector.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Protect and grow existing customer relationships while developing new channels for growth.
  • Product Strategies:
    • Establish and implement product strategies and initiatives tailored to the mining sector.
  • Operational Performance:
    • Oversee operational performance, including fleet, personnel, and infrastructure, ensuring high standards of safety and delivery excellence.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within the mining sector. They will possess a strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
