Job Title: Sales Leadership Director

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to lead our commercial operations in a bespoke manufacturing business undergoing rapid growth.

About the Role:

  • To develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • To manage and nurture key client relationships and stakeholder interactions.
  • To identify market trends and opportunities to expand our business footprint.
  • To lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the sales team.
  • To prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
