About the Role:

Collective Wellness Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator to assist in driving growth. The successful candidate will coordinate new club builds, relocations, and club refreshes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to direct and coordinate team members, and possess expertise in project management through all phases of a project life cycle.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a passion for fitness and wellness who can demonstrate leadership qualities. If you have experience in project management or multi-site management, please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate people and processes to ensure timely completion of new club builds, relocations, and club refreshes.
  • Assist in developing strategies and processes to improve performance.
  • Manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate commitment to living Collective Wellness Group values.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or certification in project management, business, or related technical field.
  • Prior expertise with project management software.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in project management or multi-site management.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in project management through all phases of a project life cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and programs.
