Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Club Supervisor.

About the Role:

  • This position requires a strong background in supervisory experience, preferably within the clubs, pubs or hotels sector.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating a small team within the club, ensuring seamless operations and sufficient staffing.
  • Maintaining high customer service standards is essential in this role.
  • You will also be required to perform tasks such as balancing safes, conducting stocktakes, and locking/preparing the premises for opening/closing.
  • In addition, you will be expected to support various areas of the club during busy periods, including Bistro, Functions, Bar, Gaming and Keno.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's supervisory experience within the clubs, pubs or hotels sector is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working in Bar, Keno and Poker Machines is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week from Thursday to Sunday (occasional Wednesday pending Club trading) is essential.
  • You must possess exceptional customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to solve problems accurately and efficiently.
  • A current RSA & RCG competency card is a requirement.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously are also essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervising: 1 year (desired)
  • Licence/Certification: RSA (desired)
  • Work Authorisation: Australia (desired)
