Customer Experience Specialist

Requirements:

Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needsConfidence in communicating with new and existing customers face to face and over the phoneAbility to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleaguesEagerness to understand and share what makes our bank differentDrive for collaboration and a willingness to work as part of a team
