Job Role

The Mobile Banker plays a pivotal part in delivering an outstanding and personalized home lending experience for customers. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in achieving sales and service excellence while ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, offering tailored mortgage solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed home loan sales targets and KPIs, contributing to business growth.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities through existing networks and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the complete loan process from application to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Promote a range of mortgage products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all lending activities.
  • Closely collaborate with internal departments, including credit and operations, to facilitate smooth processing.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales activity reports.
  • Engage with the community by participating in local events to enhance presence and connect with potential customers.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the mortgage industry, including handling home loan applications and settlements.
  • Proven track record in business development and networking within the mortgage lending sector.
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in providing personalized lending advice.
  • Familiarity with home loan products, credit policies, and responsible lending practices.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
  • FSR Tier 2 Accreditation.
  • Unrestricted driver's license.
