As a key member of the business development team, you will play a vital role in maintaining designated territories and ensuring exceptional service delivery to first-line accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining designated territories to guarantee uninterrupted optimum service to 1st line accounts;
  • Exceeding net sales targets for dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory, focusing on supporting customers and acquisition targets;
  • Maintaining loyalty of 1st line accounts by fostering close relationships to ensure their needs are met by the company's offerings where possible;
  • Executing agreed-upon business strategies to optimize substitution opportunities;
  • Designing and implementing quarterly business plans that include targets, action plans, and outcomes for each account.

The successful business professional will possess the ability to act with courage, empathy, and resilience, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to attain common objectives.
