Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient delivery of services, and maintain high standards of quality.

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, General Managers, and Regional Managers to discuss concerns and strategic objectives.
  • Closely monitor budgeted hours and expenses for assigned locations, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Accurately submit monthly billing and conduct site inspections to verify services meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Analyze staff performance and provide guidance on task execution to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure workplace safety and report incidents promptly.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for on-site equipment.
  • Procure necessary supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Evaluate operational efficiencies and assist in improving standards, schedules, and policies.
  • Document issues and resolutions, ensuring effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

About the Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in working independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this position.
