Sales Support Coordinator Role

This organisation is seeking an organised and outgoing individual to support their sales team.

About the role

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing new sales quotes, client proposals, and tracking orders with suppliers and customers. You will also be involved in managing ad-hoc sales queries and customer enquiries, as well as account management of existing clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparation of sales quotes and client proposals
  • Track and manage orders with suppliers and customers
  • Manage sales queries and customer enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Liaise with internal staff to provide reporting and project support

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional presentation
  • Positive attitude

About this opportunity

You will get the opportunity to work in a welcoming environment on a permanent basis with standard work hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
