About this Role
The Service Coordinator is a vital member of our Coordination team, responsible for managing client schedules and organizing Care Worker rosters to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed Aged Care and Disability client plans.
This position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dispersed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client schedules and manage Care Worker rosters effectively
- Maintain professional and responsive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize initiative in resolving problems and address complaints accordingly
About Us
We provide personalized home care and nursing support to individuals of all ages with varying levels of complexity, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our care delivery is led by experienced Clinical Managers (Registered Nurses), who oversee clinical operations, case management for high-care clients, and training for care staff providing attendant care.
Our team has extensive experience supporting participants with complex needs, including those with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), Spinal Cord injuries, amputations, and work-related dust diseases.
