About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our QLD Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the integration of project activities to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Identify key construction methodologies on the project and work with project staff, design, and subcontractors to ensure an agreed plan is in place to avoid delaying the project.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Manage engineering disciplines and subcontractors on projects ranging from $20 M - $50 M.
  • Demonstrate commercial experience, including planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time.
  • Understand safety, health, and environment best practice.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the construction industry, including structures and building experience.
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Managed engineering disciplines and subcontractors on projects ranging from $20 M - $50 M.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience, including planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time.
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health, and environment best practice.
