Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, design, and assessment of tailings storage facilities and slurry pump systems for mining and resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the planning, design, and assessment of tailings storage facilities and slurry pump systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and specifications related to tailings and slurry systems.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical / Mechanical or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in tailings management, slurry pump systems, and related areas.
  • CPEng registration or eligibility is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices within the mining and resources sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
