The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, preferably with experience in a leadership role. They will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.
The role will also involve collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee engineering and design aspects of mineral processing engineering projects
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
- Chartered Engineer accreditation (CPEng or equivalent) or ability to achieve
- Extensive experience in discipline engineering, preferably within a mineral processing EPCM environment
- Strong technical expertise in heavy industrial and mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment
