Assistant Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our team, overseeing daily store operations and guiding your colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.

  • As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Store Managers to lead the team and drive success.

  • You will also be expected to coach and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.

  • They will be safety leaders, always providing a safe work environment for themselves, team members and customers.

  • The successful individual will demonstrate previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step.

  • They should also have previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience.

  • Ideally, they will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.

  • A valid driver's license and flexibility in availability are essential.

  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature, is required.

Key qualities and qualifications:
