About the Role

We are transforming our digital banking landscape, strengthening our foundations, and building strong teams to support our growth. As a Commercial Credit Hindsight Manager, you will provide assurance on commercial lending decisions across the Bank.

This includes syndicated lending, commercial lending, property development and investment lending, small and medium Enterprise (SME) lending, equipment finance, floorplan lending, structured finance and novated leasing.

About You

You will succeed in this role with hands-on credit/commercial lending experience and strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of regulatory considerations and a sound background in all aspects of credit risk is desirable.
