Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
  • Able to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
  • Developed credit analysis skills
  • Sound understanding of small business offerings
  • Consumer lending experience (essential)
