Job Title: Corporate Finance Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our renowned corporate finance team in Sydney.

The team is consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers and recognised across the market for its depth, deal-making ingenuity and client-centric approach.

About the Role:
  • Advise on corporate finance transactions, including common terms deed platforms, syndicated and bilateral loans and cross border financings.
  • Prepare, review and negotiate finance documents.
  • Manage and mentor talented junior professionals.
  • Drive matter strategy and liaise directly with senior stakeholders, sponsors and financiers.

You will play a pivotal role in nurturing key relationships, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and supporting the ongoing growth of the team through business development, training and knowledge-sharing.

About You:
  • 5+ years' experience gained within a top-tier firm or respected mid-tier firm, preferably in real estate finance, including acquisition and development finance.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating finance documents in corporate financing transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and superior analytical and drafting skills.
