Job Opportunity: Corporate Finance Associate or Senior Associate

An excellent opportunity exists for a highly skilled corporate finance professional to join our team in Sydney.

This team advises on sophisticated corporate finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated facilities, complex acquisition, leveraged, and structured financings with multi-jurisdictional or bespoke structuring elements.

We act for major Australian banks, international investment banks, and global financial institutions, advising on significant transactions in the market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advise on corporate finance transactions, providing transaction structuring advice.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate finance documentation, ensuring alignment with market practice and client objectives.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish, liaising with clients, financiers, and advisers.
  • Delegate and supervise work for junior team members.
  • Participate in business development and contribute to the team's know-how initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate / Senior Associate with 3+ years' loan markets experience.
  • Strong experience in corporate finance, including familiarity with APLMA precedents.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
