Corporate Finance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising mandates.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a directly relevant or closely associated field, with a proven ability to think commercially about the needs of the client. They will be digitally aware and have completed an undergraduate degree.

Key responsibilities will include performing analysis of financial information, contributing to the content of reports and advice documents, conducting market research, and preparing and reviewing business/financial models.

Strong financial analytical capabilities, modelling and verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the successful candidate's background and experience, with a view towards above industry leverage dependent upon successful outcomes of transactions.
