Corporate Finance Senior Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our renowned Corporate Finance team, ranked Band 1 by Chambers and recognized for its depth, deal-making ingenuity and client-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will be involved in advising on corporate finance transactions, including common terms deed platforms, syndicated and bilateral loans and cross-border financings, as well as providing transaction structuring advice.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, sponsors and financiers, preparing, reviewing and negotiating finance documents, managing and mentoring junior lawyers, driving matter strategy and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on corporate finance transactions, including common terms deed platforms, syndicated and bilateral loans and cross-border financings
  • Preparing, reviewing and negotiating finance documents
  • Managing and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Driving matter strategy
  • Contributing to thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' loan markets experience gained within a top-tier firm or respected mid-tier firm, preferably in real estate finance, including acquisition and development finance
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating finance documents in corporate financing transactions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and superior analytical and drafting skills
