This role is instrumental in leading the development of integrated strategies, with a key focus to enhance our reputation, deepen community engagement, and drive philanthropic growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing an integrated, data-driven enrolment, engagement, and fundraising strategy.

">

They will guide portfolio managers to deliver an authentic, values-aligned experience at every touch-point, strengthen alumni and donor relationships, driving sustainable philanthropic growth.

">

Additionally, they will provide accurate data, strategic reports, and forecasts to inform decision-making and represent our organization at key events and forums, building networks and partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and success in leading diverse teams, building community, and growing admissions and community engagement.

">

They will possess a relevant qualification in Business (or related discipline) and 5+ years' leadership success in admissions and engagement or related roles.

">

Proven success in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, or enrolments is essential, along with outstanding communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills.

">

High-level data acumen and proficiency with CRM, marketing, and admissions platforms are also required.
