Job Opportunity

The Revenue Growth team is accountable for consumer revenue across all businesses that engage our mastheads across both print and digital. The Insights and Engagement team provide the data and insights to support the retail sales and B2B digital subscriptions strategy.

This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Data Insights and Engagement to provide insights into the engagement of our B2B customers. By providing reporting and analytics, you will share performance metrics with the B2B team to assist with the retention of corporate and campus digital subscribers. You will also be exposed to the retail sales and field teams and assist with analysis to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and create regular reporting of customer engagement metrics
  • Analyse Adobe data, providing insights and identifying trends to drive engagement and retention of customers
  • Assist with analysis of retail sales data and field team data to improve ROI
  • Highlight opportunities to improve audience growth based on analysis of data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel and familiarity with Power BI
  • Confident with interpreting data and communicating actionable insights
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proactive and strives for continuous improvement
