Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Your primary objective will be to maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring that we meet or exceed our revenue targets.

You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing technical support as needed. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
