Flight Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a Flight Operations Specialist, supporting our aviation operations at various bases. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the role of a touring Aircrew Officer, providing exceptional service to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform routine tasks in support of our aviation operations
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
  • To provide exceptional customer service to our clients

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Aviation (Aircrew Officer)
  • Qualified and current Aircrew Officer with recent experience
  • Greater than 500 hours of experience as an Aircrew Officer
  • Winch Endorsement
  • NVG qualified
  • FLS qualified
  • HUET with EBS current
  • CASA Class 2 Medical current
  • Senior First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation
  • DG Aware or DG Pack and Accept Air
  • Day, Overwater, Vessel and NVG hoisting experience
  • Aircraft Radiotelephone Operator Certificate of Proficiency, (AROC)

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience on B412/ AW139 as an Aircrew Officer
  • EMS/SAR experience
