Gilani Engineering Australia is a pioneering company with global presence, providing disability vehicle modifications and mobility equipment.

Our complex rehab division requires an experienced professional to lead the team in overseeing the distribution of rehabilitation equipment and building strong customer relationships.

The role involves personalized consultations with clinicians and families, liaising with key suppliers of complex rehab equipment, demonstrating equipment functionality and operations, building customer rapport and maintaining high professionalism, representing our products as a brand ambassador, collaborating with engineers to develop customized solutions, and managing the entire complex rehab division.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Experience with complex rehab equipment and supplier sides
  • Management experience (people or project)
  • APHRA registration or professional membership (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

We offer full-time or part-time positions, with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Travel reimbursement and relocation support available.
